CATERING IN THE GOLF CLUB
Individual order forms for each country will be distributed on arrival. The team captains must settle their accounts before departure. Eurocard, Visa card, Diners or cash (DKK or Euros) will be accepted. Please note, that a service charge of 7% will be added to your bill, in the case that you pay with credit cards.
One euro is equivalent to approx. 7,50 DKK.

DRUG ABUSE
In order to avoid any misunderstanding in connection with required medication, please check the list of drugs issued by your national sports council.
EXCURSION
A guided tour - with surprises – in the woods surrounding the hotel has been organized for Sunday evening, after the practice round. We can promise you an experience out of the ordinary, and we hope that you will all join.
Dinner will be part of the excursion. Please observe that this dinner is not included in the team costs. Please fill in the excursion form if your team wish to participate.
FRUIT AND WATER
Complimentary fruit and water will be available on the course on tournament days.
GOLF BAGS
Storage room for golf bags will be available. Please contact the Tournament Office upon arrival.
INTERNET CONNECTION
In the hotel lobby two computers are available free of charge. If you bring your own laptop you can use the hot spot in your room – also free of charge.
MEDICAL CARE
A doctor will be available during the Championship.
PHOTOS
The official photo session will take place on Monday 9th July before the opening ceremony. Team captains will be informed of the exact time.
PIGEON HOLES
Pigeon holes for the captains´ information will be located near the tournament office.
PRACTICE
The official practice days are Sunday 8th and Monday 9th July. Starting lists will be available upon arrival.
PRESS OFFICE
An office with a fax and a copier machine will be available for members of the press. Please return the enclosed form regarding press requirements to the Danish Golf Union.
PRO SHOP
The pro shop is situated in the club house next to the restaurant and is well stocked with equipment and clothes.
REGISTRATION
Registration for the tournament will take place at the counter in the lobby area.
SPIKES
There is no requirement of soft spikes on the course.
TEAM COSTS
Each team (6 players + 1 captain) will be charged €1000 to cover expenses such as bus transportation, trolleys, practice balls, photos and farewell dinner. Additional officials and team members are charged € 110.
An invoice will be forwarded to each country.
The price for dinner and beverages in connection with the excursion is € 27 for each person.
TRANSPORTATION
The nearest airport is Aalborg Airport. Bus transportation from Aalborg will be arranged according to your flight arrivals. Shuttle bus service will be provided between the hotel and the golf course from the first practice day.
TROLLEYS
Trolleys will be available for team members. Booking will not be necessary. Electric trolleys are not allowed. Buggies will not be available for the captains.
