Welcome to The European Boys Team Championship 2007
Message from the president
On behalf of the European Golf Association, I am pleased to be able to welcome the teams to play in this year’s European Boys’ Team Championship. Our sincere thanks go to the Danish Golf Union for agreeing to host this event and to the members of the Rold Skov Golf Club for allowing us the use of their course.
This Championship is a very important event as it not only acts as an incentive for many young players in Europe, but also provides a great opportunity for young people to meet thus promoting a wider international understanding and friendships across borders.
I wish all competitors the best of luck and may the best team win!

Message from the President of Danish Golf Union
Again this year, we are proud to host a European Championship. This time we welcome the boys from all over Europe. Last year we had great pleasure in hosting a similar tournament for the girls.
Long and challenging, The Rold Skov Golf course is a test to any golf player.
We wish to show that the wonderful game of golf takes a lot of skill, talent, concentration, and will power when played on the highest level, and I am absolutely sure that the boys will prove that point.
These days there are many highly qualified players at a young age, and you can be sure that some of the boys competing in Rold Skov will make there way to the European Tour in a few years time. It is interesting to watch players develop over the years, and this year we have the chance to spot coming professionals.
Together, Rold Skov Golfklub and Danish Golf Union will make sure that this top grade tournament is second to none.
Welcome to all the young boys from the European countries. May your golf game also be second to none.
