What is the objective of the conference?
The 2nd World Conference on Junior Golf will as the 1st World Conference on Junior Golf in Rome in 2002 focus on how to understand the golfers of tomorrow. A better understanding and insight in the world of juniorgolfers is essential if we are to develop and maintain this group of golfplayers.
Who can participate?
The conference is aimed at volunteers and staff in golf clubs as well as national associations working with with junior players. Furthermore, it is also aimed at PGA teaching professionals.
Why participate?
The participants will be given inspiration and tools for their future work with junior players and they will be given the opportunity to exchange methods and experiences with colleagues from all over the world.
Why focus on junior golf?
The Danish Golf Union finds it very important to introduce young players to the game on their own terms and in safe social settings. We believe golf offers a very positive set of values worth introducing to the young people.
