"Understanding the golfers of tomorrow" 

This is the theme of the 2nd World Conference on Junior Golf that takes place in Copenhagen, Denmark from the 29^th of September-2^nd October 2006.

During this weekend the golf world will meet in Denmark and focus on one of the most important element in the world of golf; the junior golf player. It is essential to achieve a better understanding and insight in the junior golfers with the purpose of developing and maintaining this group of players.

The conference is aimed at national associations, teaching professionals as well as volunteers and staff in golf clubs working with junior golf players. Based on the first World Conference in Rome 2002 we expect the conference to be a milestone in the international development of junior golf with 300 participating from more than 35 different countries.

Guest speakers are experts from all over the world presenting their knowledge obtained through working with young people. Aspects of technical, tactical, mental and physical development will be topics of the conference. As well as the organisation of junior golf, national and international junior programs, social responsibility and junior democracy. Sharing experiences and methods with colleagues from all over the world will provide inspiration and tools for the future work.
