At the International Junior Golf Academy Gary Gilchrist has developed an intensive system of training and development for junior golfers including the technical; physical and mental aspects of the game. He has coached top tour players: Nick Price; David Frost; Nick Faldo; Mark O'Meara; Ernie Els and Andy Bean. Gary was appointed Director of Golf at the David Leadbetter Junior Golf Academy in 1995 and is currently working with one of the world's best junior golf players Michelle Wie.
