Helena Brobeck and Bengt Sylvan from the Sports Development Department at the Swedish Golf Federation talk about one of the formulas for Swedish success on the international golf arena. They speak on how Sweden actively works on recruiting new, young golfing kids from schools, how sports teachers are trained and supported in teaching golf basics to their pupils, and finally how the country manages to secure future access to well trained, competent and inspiring coaches and leaders for junior golfers in Sweden.
